Privacy Policy

Inevo is an identity-deferred relationship platform built on the belief that real connection happens before appearance. We have designed our data practices around the principle of minimum necessary collection — we collect only what the experience requires, and we delete it as soon as it has served its purpose.

01. Who We Are

SpanArcs Labs LLC, operating as Inevo, is an invite-only relationship platform based in Phoenix, Arizona. When this policy refers to "Inevo," "we," "us," or "our," it means SpanArcs Labs LLC, operating as Inevo, at inevo.love.

02. Information We Collect

2.1 Waitlist & Intake Form

When you request an invitation through inevo.love, we collect:

• Email address
• City
• Intake answers — how you open up, what matters to you, how you handle conflict, and your readiness
• Nominee information (optional) — an email address of someone you nominate. We use this exclusively to send a one-time invitation and do not retain it if they do not join.

We use this information solely to evaluate fit for the Founder 100 cohort and to contact you when we are ready to invite you. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

2.2 Account & Onboarding

When you create an account, we collect:

• Phone number — used for authentication only, via Firebase Phone Auth. It is never stored in our database in plain text.
• First name — used within your arc. Not shown to your match until you both consent to the name reveal.
• Gender and preference — used for compatibility matching only.
• Selfie — stored securely in Firebase Storage. Not shown to your match until you both consent to the photo reveal.
• Voice note — recorded during onboarding for matching assessment. Deleted permanently from our servers the moment your first match is created.

2.3 Arc Activity

During an active arc, we collect:

• Exercise responses (text and voice) — stored temporarily. Deleted permanently from our servers the moment both users advance past that exercise.
• Timestamps and response metadata — used for arc health monitoring and stall detection.
• Skip counts — used to detect disengagement patterns.

2.4 Declaration & Number Exchange

When both users declare, we facilitate a one-time phone number exchange:

• Phone numbers are encrypted using industry-standard encryption with a server-side secret before being stored.
• Encrypted data is unreadable by anyone — including Inevo — without the server secret.
• The exchange record expires after 48 hours and encrypted data is permanently wiped.
• A masked version of phone numbers (e.g. +1 650***0001) is stored in consent records for compliance purposes only.

2.5 Device & Technical Data

• Push notification token — used to deliver in-app notifications.
• Device platform (iOS/Android) — used for notification formatting.

We do not collect IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or browser fingerprints.

2.6 Payment Data

Payment transactions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not collect or store payment card information. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

2.7 User Reports

User reports submitted through the in-app report function are retained for safety and moderation purposes. This data is used solely to investigate violations and protect the safety of our users.

2.8 Website & Cookies

Our website (inevo.love) uses Google Fonts for typography. No tracking cookies or advertising identifiers are used on our website or in our app.

03. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

• Operate the Inevo platform and deliver the arc experience
• Match you with compatible connections through our algorithm
• Send notifications about arc activity
• Monitor arc health and detect stalled connections
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in Section 5.

04. Data Retention & Deletion

Inevo is designed around intentional deletion:

• Voice notes — deleted when your first match is created
• Exercise responses — deleted when both users advance past that exercise
• Exercise audio recordings — deleted when both users advance past that exercise
• Number exchange records — encrypted data wiped after 48 hours
• Arc data — retained for compliance for 90 days after arc end, then deleted
• Account data — retained until you request deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@inevo.love. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Following account deletion, we retain a minimal anonymized record solely to prevent re-registration by users who have been terminated for safety violations.

05. Data Sharing

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Firebase (Google) — our infrastructure provider for authentication, database, storage, and cloud functions. Google processes data on our behalf under their data processing terms.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or any other third parties beyond the above.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach via the email address associated with your account.

06. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and data
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Opt-out — opt out of any future communications

California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents may request disclosure of personal information we have collected or disclosed. We do not sell personal information. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@inevo.love.

Any disputes regarding this Privacy Policy are subject to the dispute resolution and governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.

07. Security

• Phone numbers are never stored in plain text
• Industry-standard encryption for sensitive data at rest
• Firebase Storage security rules restrict access to authorized users only
• Firestore security rules prevent unauthorized reads and writes
• All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@inevo.love.

08. Children

Inevo is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through Inevo, contact us at hello@inevo.love and we will delete it promptly.

09. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Inevo evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The effective date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Inevo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
